Terms of Use
By using TidalPrep you agree to these terms. They are written to be read.
Educational use only
TidalPrep provides practice questions and study material for respiratory therapy board exam preparation. It is not medical advice and must not be used for patient-care decisions. Follow your institution's protocols, current guidelines, and licensed providers' orders.
No affiliation with the NBRC
TidalPrep is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). All practice items are original and are not actual or recalled exam questions. "NBRC", "CRT", "RRT", and related marks belong to their owners and are used only to describe the exam. Using TidalPrep does not guarantee any exam result. Check exam policies at nbrc.org.
Accounts and access
Free questions need no account. Paid access is tied to the email you use at Stripe checkout. You unlock it with a one-time code sent to that email. Please don't share access or codes.
Payments, cancellation and refunds
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD and shown before you pay.
- Pro (monthly) renews each month until you cancel. Cancelling stops renewal, and access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Pass (one-time) is a single payment with no renewal.
- If a one-time purchase hasn't been used, contact us within 7 days for a refund. Refunded purchases lose paid access. For any billing problem, email support@tidalprep.app.
Acceptable use
Don't copy, resell, or redistribute the question bank. Don't scrape the service or try to bypass access controls.
Accuracy
Every item cites textbook or guideline sources and is reviewed. Mistakes can still happen, and guidelines change. If you think an item is wrong, tell us and we'll review it.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
TidalPrep is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new date.
